The Crafting process
Each Love Hesed ring is brought to life by our team of skilled artisans with years of experience in fine craftsmanship. Each piece is made with care, using ethically sourced materials that reflect our commitment to sustainability and responsible sourcing.
Step 1
Diamond Sourcing or Cutting
Whether you choose a lab-grown diamond or a natural stone, we start by sourcing or cutting your centre stone based on your preferences. If you're after a unique shape, like an elongated old mine or a vintage-inspired cut, we’ll custom cut it from scratch, creating a truly one of a kind piece.

CAD to Wax Mould
Once your design is finalised, we translate it into a CAD model which is then turned into a wax mould. This ensures your setting is shaped with complete accuracy and forms the blueprint of your ring.
Step 3
Casting
Molten metal is poured into the mould, capturing every detail of the design before the wax is melted away, leaving behind the raw metal form of your ring.
STEP 4
Pre-Polishing
After casting, the ring is cleaned and pre-polished to smooth out the surface and prepare it for stone setting.
Step 5
Stone Setting
Your diamonds are then carefully hand-set into the ring. Whether it’s a solitaire, trilogy, or halo, our artisans places each stone in its position, securing them within the prongs. This step demands both craftsmanship and attention to detail to ensure every stone is beautifully and securely set.

Final Polishing
Your ring goes through a final round of polishing, revealing its full shine and beauty. Any final refinements are made by hand to ensure every detail is just right before it leaves our hands to yours.
