The Bespoke Process
At Love Hesed, every bespoke ring begins with a conversation not a catalogue. We believe that your jewellery should reflect your style and story. We are here to guide you at every step of the way.
Step 1
Enquire & Connect
Start by reaching out through our enquiry form or booking a consultation. Share your thoughts, inspirations, budget and requirements and we’ll guide you from there.
Your initial consultation can take place over the phone / whatsapp or through a private one-on-one consultation, depending on what feels most comfortable for you.
step 2
Diamond or Gemstone Selection
Based on your preferences, we’ll begin sourcing your perfect centre stone. We work with lab-grown diamonds, natural diamonds and coloured gemstones.
If you’re dreaming of something vintage-inspired, we can also source or custom-cut antique-style stones like the Old Mine, Old European and Rose cuts for a truly one of a kind piece.
Step 3
Design & Refinement
Once the stone is selected, we’ll create a design around it. You can choose to adapt one of our classic styles or craft something entirely unique.
You will receive a CAD render of your design for your review and approval, allowing you to see the details and make any adjustments before we move into crafting.
STEP 4
Crafting
Your ring is brought to life by our team of skilled artisans. Every piece is made with care, using ethically sourced materials that reflect our commitment to sustainability and responsible sourcing.
The crafting process typically takes 6–8 weeks, depending on the complexity of your design.
Step 5
Delivery or Collection
Your piece is now ready! You will receive a notification from us arranging a time for self collection or delivery. Your ring will come in our signature Love Hesed packaging, ready for the moment it matters most.
