Every piece begins with a conversation. Once we understand your vision, we’ll source/custom cut your perfect stone for you. From there, we refine your design through CAD renders, and once you’re happy, we will begin crafting your piece. Most rings take about 6-8 weeks depending on the complexity of the design. No, there is no minimum spend. We’ll always work with you to find a balance that fits your budget and style.
Yes. All of our signature settings can be tailored to suit your preferences. Whether it’s adjusting the band thickness, adding a hidden halo, or making any design tweaks, every ring is made to order to your exact requirements.
Once the design is confirmed, production takes about 6–8 weeks depending on the complexity of the design. If you need it by a specific date, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
We do. Depending on your budget and preference, we can source a certified natural diamond or create a custom-cut lab-grown diamond. We're happy to guide you through both options during your consultation.
Yes. We offer one complimentary resizing within 30 days of receiving your ring (Singapore orders only). For international clients, we recommend confirming your ring size before placing your order, and we're happy to help guide you.
Do note that some ring designs cannot be resized.
Yes. At Love Hesed, we only work with certified stones, either IGI or GIA, depending on the diamond you select. This ensures complete transparency and gives you full confidence in the quality and authenticity of your piece.
