At Love Hesed, we believe the bespoke journey begins with the diamond, not just the design.
Rather than selecting from ready inventory, we specialise in custom-cut diamonds, thoughtfully crafted to reveal a depth and presence not found in standard commercial cuts.
Each stone is created with intention, guided by our curated proportions and a deep appreciation for antique-inspired faceting.
What Makes It Different
Unlike ready-made diamonds, which are cut for standardised grading and yield, our diamonds are cut with a different purpose to evoke depth, softness and old-world glow. We carefully consider table size, crown height, facet structure, culet presence and overall balance.
These elements shape how the diamond interacts with light, creating a softer, more romantic glow that feels distinct from modern cuts.
Our Signature Approach
This is especially meaningful for vintage-inspired cuts such as Old Mine and Old European diamonds, where true character lies in the proportions rather than just the grading.
Many stones available today are cut to modern standards with antique-style faceting.
Our approach goes further. We cut from rough to achieve proportions that reflect true antique character, a process rarely found in modern diamond sourcing.
Craft & Process
As this is a fully bespoke process from cutting to certification and finally setting, the final colour and clarity are only confirmed after cutting and certification.
That said, our diamonds fall within a high-quality colourless range (DEF colour) with eye-clean clarity (VS and above).

- Setting into your chosen design
