Once order is made, our team will be contacting you to show you a preview of your locket (engraving + photo placement). Once we have agreed upon the design, we will then proceed with production. Lead time for lockets is about 4 weeks before shipping. :)

How to customise

1. Select Your Locket Colour
Choose from our available finishes.

2. Choose Your Personalisation
Decide between Photo Only or Photo + Engraving.

3. Add Your Engraving
If you select Photo + Engraving, an engraving box will appear for you to enter your custom text.

4. Upload Your Photos
No need to crop. We’ll take care of the sizing and fit.

5. Approve Your Mock-Up
We’ll send you a design preview within 2-3 business days showing the photo placement and engraving alignment. Once you’ve approved it, we’ll begin crafting your locket.

Waterproof: Photos are delicately sealed beneath a protective layer. Your locket is fully waterproof and safe to wear in the shower.

Each locket arrives in our signature Love Hesed jewellery box, thoughtfully designed for safekeeping and perfect for gifting.

Production time and Shipping

Each solid gold locket is meticulously made to order. Please allow approximately 4 weeks for crafting before your piece is ready to ship.

For orders within Singapore, self collection/ delivery is available.
