How It Works:
1. Using Existing Paw prints
If you already have existing paw prints, simply upload them using our photo uploader when placing your order. Once we receive your order, our team will send you a design preview for approval. After you confirm the design, we’ll proceed with production.
If the prints are unclear or unsuitable for engraving, we’ll notify you and may request that you capture the prints again using our print kit.
2. Requesting a Print Kit
If you don’t have prints yet, no worries! You can request our print kit, which will be sent to you within 3-5 business days. Follow the included instructions to take the prints easily. Once you’ve captured them, simply email the prints to us. Our team will then provide a design preview for your approval before moving into production.
Please note: The print kits measure 8cm x 12cm. If your desired paw print exceeds these dimensions, it may not fit properly on the print kit. You are welcome to use alternative methods to capture your prints, and we will still be able to engrave them. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us for assistance.
3. Lead Time
Production time for our paw print necklace is approximately 3 weeks before shipping.
