- Stone setting issues
- Structural integrity due to workmanship
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage or loss, or modifications done by third-party jewellers.

Yes, our signature designs act as a foundation where you can customise to make it yours. Share with us your vision and we’ll tailor it to your exact preferences.
Yes, we offer both natural and lab-grown diamonds to suit your preference. Our lab-grown diamonds are selected at a minimum of D–F color and VS+ clarity, unless otherwise requested. Natural diamonds are responsibly sourced and carefully hand-selected. All diamonds come with IGI or GIA certification for quality assurance.
Once the design is confirmed, production takes about 4–8 weeks depending on the complexity of the design. If you need it by a specific date, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Yes, we offer one complimentary resizing within 30 days of receiving your ring (Singapore orders only). For international clients, we recommend confirming your ring size before placing your order, and we're happy to help guide you.
Do note that some ring designs cannot be resized.
We can help! If you're in Singapore, we offer in-person sizing / send a ring sizer upon request. For international clients, we advise using a ring sizer tool to get your ring size.
Yes. At Love Hesed, we only work with certified stones, either IGI or GIA, depending on the diamond you select. This ensures complete transparency and gives you full confidence in the quality and authenticity of your piece.
